Meet Kevin Swift 

Kevin Swift has been active in real estate since 1992, and has served on the Topeka Area Assocation of REALTOR's Public Relations, Educational, and Technology Committees. In addition to being the Number1Expert for the Topeka, Ks area, he is also a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and a Graduate of the REALTORS Institute (GRI). Kevin is often ranked among the TOP RE/MAX agents in the state for number of homes sold. He was recently inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and the Topeka Area Association of REALTOR's Master Club. His years of real estate experience, involving hundreds of clients and home sales, and Kevin's use of current technologies, offers you the opportunity to hire a top professional to represent you when buying or selling. 

Meet The Swift Family 

Kevin and his wife Brenda have seven children between them (six are married) with nine grandchildren.  

As Kevin's primary outreach to the community, he serves on the Topeka Rescue Mission Board, has written several books, hosts a special website on Bible prophecy (www.focusontheprophecies.org), and has taught Bible classes through the years.
